Who processes your data
Budu (the operator). Our company details will be published on this page.
What data
- Your name and email address.
- What you write to us in the form.
- Technical data: the date and time, and a hash of your IP address (never the address itself).
Why
- To answer your message and to study your ideas and bug reports to improve Budu.
- To keep proof that you gave this consent.
What we do with it
- Collect, record, organise, store, update, use, transfer to our hosting and email providers only to provide the service, block and delete it. With or without automation.
- We never sell your data or use it for advertising.
How long
- Until the purpose is reached (for example, your message is answered or your account is deleted), or until you withdraw this consent, unless the law requires us to keep the data longer.
Withdrawing consent
- You can withdraw this consent at any time by writing to us through the contact page. We then stop processing and delete your data within 30 days, unless the law requires otherwise.
- If you withdraw consent, we delete your name and email. Ideas and bug reports you sent stay with us without your personal data.
Children
- For a child under 14, a parent or legal guardian gives this consent.
