Getting started
How do I create an account?
Press “Create an account”, choose whether you are a school, a teacher or a student, and confirm your email with the link we send.
I didn’t get the confirmation email.
Check your spam folder. On the sign-in page you can ask us to send the link again.
I forgot my password.
On the sign-in page press “Forgot password?” and we’ll email you a link to choose a new one.
Students and parents
How do I join my school?
Your school invites you by email. Accept the invitation and your classes and courses appear on your home page.
How do I add my parent?
In Settings → Parents, enter your parent’s email. They accept, and then they can follow your progress.
Can I take a course without a school?
Yes. Open the catalog, watch the free first lesson, then join — free courses with an account, paid ones after payment.
Teachers
How do I create a course?
Go to My courses → New course, add lessons with videos, text and homework, then publish it.
Can I change a published course?
Yes. Your edits stay as unpublished changes — students keep the current version until you press “Publish changes”.
How do I sell a course?
In the course builder, turn on “Show in catalog” and set a price in your currency. Students see it converted to theirs.
Payments
How do I pay for a course?
Press “Buy course”: you’ll see the amount, the transfer details and an order number. After we confirm the payment you’re enrolled automatically.
How long does confirmation take?
Usually within a day. You’ll get a notification as soon as you’re enrolled.
